NYC Endurance Strength and Conditioning program focuses on the ten general aspects of fitness to maximize ones’ abilities.  The ten general aspects of fitness are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Our Strength and Conditioning Program utilizes all four metabolic pathways (Phosphogentic, Glycolitic, Lactate and Oxidative) to develop explosive power with the ability to maintain strength over longer distances.  We train our athletes with dynamic functional movements that allow them to develop their ability to gain explosive power, optimize strength, and hone motor skills to optimize their overall fitness.
