Running
We have programs for athletes of all abilities and events ranging from a 5k to ultra-marathons. Each program is customized to the athletes particular training needs and is shared via email. Coaches are accessible at any time to answer questions.
Separate strength training programs are available.
Private strength training or running sessions are also available . (Additional costs for guest fee at facility may apply)
We also conduct Private video running analysis.
Our goal is to ensure that you achieve (and possibly exceed) your goals safely. In order to do this, we first start off with an in depth interview to identify your goals, objectives and success criteria, followed by a body composition and mobility assessment. We will customize a training program specifically for your needs (run, cycle, swim, and/or strength training) as well as establish a race day plan and pacing strategy. Athletes will have unlimited access to our coaches via email/ telephone. Our weekly email/phone updates will allow us to make continuous adjustment to the training plan. We finish off with a customized taper and recovery program for each and every client.

NYC Endurance’s email based training program offers runners a series of tailored running workouts designed to help prepare your body for a marathon.
Our program focuses on speed workouts, hill training, tempo runs and time trials to build the strength and endurance necessary to complete a marathon – without the excessive long distance runs that can take there toll on your body.
How it Works: Program includes customized e-workouts per week. Athletes will also have the opportunity to correspond with one of our skilled coaches throughout the duration of the program to allow for real time feedback on your performance.
