Running Class is a action packed 60-minute class that covers form and function with a fast-paced interval workout. This class is perfect for all athletes, beginners to advanced, as you go at your own pace/level. The class is broken down into a structured warm up, skill work, plyometrics, the interval workout and a cool down/stretch.
