Over the course of 6 Weeks NYC Endurance coaches will create a training plan custom tailored to your race. Running workouts will be sent each Sunday for the coming week. The athlete is required to send back results of each workout so the coach can create the following weeks training plan. The athlete will need some sort of sport wristwatch with lap tracking capabilities. By purchasing this plan, the athlete is entitled to a 50% discount on a 1-on-1 consultation with a NYC Endurance coach to discuss goals, review running technique etc.
