13.1 Training Program

Over the course of 12 Weeks NYC Endurance coaches will create a training plan custom tailored to your race. Running workouts will be sent each Sunday for the coming week. The athlete is required to send back results of each workout so the coach can create the following weeks training plan. The athlete will need some sort of sport wristwatch with lap tracking capabilities. This plan includes a 1-on-1 consolation with a NYC Endurance coach to discus goals, review running technique etc.
