Running Class is a action packed 60-minute class that covers form and function with a fast-paced interval workout. This class is perfect for all athletes, beginners to advanced, as you go at your own pace/level. The class is broken down into a structured warm up, skill work, plyometrics, the interval workout and a cool down/stretch. Strength Conditioning Class

This class is a combination of cardio and strength training that will keep your heart rate up, build strength while constantly testing endurance. In this hour, we'll perform body weight exercises (gymnastics movements), flexibility exercises, and modalities; perfect for runners and athletes of all genres. Agility, flexibility, metabolic conditioning, fat burning and endurance are the key components of this service. It is a fun, energetic session that will inspire a beginner as well as challenge an experienced athlete.
