Brian and/or Tim – website is looking great! Question – I have a Polar RS100 cardio running watch that needs a new battery. It was bought in colorado, so I'm wondering whether I can take it to any running/sports retailer or if you can recommend a place where I can get a replacement battery…and other fun running accessories.

I heard about this website from a friend. I am not quite sure how this workshop works….do I need to join a group or a workout center? If I want to join on the running training group at columbus circle on tuesday pm. how do I do that?
Hello. I've beem a blackbox member since feb 08 but am new to CF endurance who's signed up for a multi-day ultra marathon in March 2011 (150 miles in seven days through the atacama desert while carrying ur own gear). I've done one before when I was a carb-addicted, LSD training idiot and it went ok ( though finishing I lost 15lbs and needed 3 months to recover). Can CFE as RX's better prepare me for something of this caliber? And if so, can I get some 1:1 training? Thanks – Ryan
