We have an experienced coaching staff that is committed to your success. We will provide proper run mechanics and drills to improve your running efficiency. Our training program is efficient and logical. This training program requires approximately 8-10 hours total per week, about half of the time of most marathon training programs. What this means is that you will have more time for your family and for your LIFE!!! We evaluate your goals and integrate them into your training program. Our dynamic group brings out the best in people and with the support from CrossFit Endurance HQ, there are additional benefits and discounts for being part of this team. We are one of forty Crossfit Endurance Team across the United States, the only one here in New York City. We do our best to prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for the challenge.
What comes with joining Team NYC Endurance?

Race Series: CFE is developing an endurance race series that we will be pushing out nationally (2011) and potentially internationally (2012). Team members will have priority access to these unique, challenging and fun events. CrossFit Endurance Challenge, that will be taking place on September 24-26 in Casper’s Wilderness Park . There will be a 5k, 10k, half marathon and 100K team challenge.
Blog/Forum: With this program we will have a member only blog/forum for our affiliates and their members. This will be high-level/quality input format where all participants can discuss and their progress. This members only component is to drive the highest level of information exchange and encourage OUR teams to interact not only with us but one another.
What can you count on as a member?
Our coaching and membership is based on certain Ground Rules
The NYC Endurance Coaches make the following Promises:
We are committed to supporting you and helping you achieve your goal. We will provide an open, safe and friendly environment, that is both challenging and fun no matter what your skill level. We hope to achieve a friendship with our athletes, and develop open lines of communication to understand their concerns feedback and celebrate accomplishments.
The NYC Endurance Coaches ask members to:
To show up, on time at practices, ready to run, with a positive energy. To be “coachable”, to be open to coaching, and embrace the input he/she receives.
To create a powerful partnership, by communicating with the coaches so we can better support you, and to provide support to other team members. To smile and have fun, and being open to creating friendships while training with NYCE.

There are close to 45 million endurance athletes in the United States alone: runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes. We continue to grow at a phenomenal pace. We are on the cutting edge of the “how to” as it relates to our programs and look forward to turning the endurance world upside down with you!

I had to read your post three times to get the full impact of it. I enjoy reading what you have to say. It’s too bad that more people do not comprehend the benefits of coaching. Keep up the good work.
