    I only just noticed the comment button; my bad for not having observation skills. Ran with the Tuesday crew last night in Central Park. We did three rounds of 200, 400, 600 meter runs around a little triangle. I was slow but relatively steady; I think it usually took me 50 seconds to complete each circuit. Brian, did any of the video shots you took turn out OK?
